Here we are going to present before you the first design of Santiago Orozco which is Josefin Slab Font which is the slab-serif typeface. The designer starts his career by making the Josefin Sans.
This designer takes inspiration from the 1930s trend of geometric typefaces. This will be something between Kabel and Memphis with modern details that will look great.
The basic purpose of making this is the idea of a Scandinavian style. this is the reason the author tries to add some varieties of diacritics, especially to “æ”, or the slope of “e”.
Josefin Slab Font is one of the most trendy typefaces inside google fonts which is famous for its pairing function. This is the lato typeface which is similar to the Roboto Font.
It also has some typewriter style attributes, because I’ve liked the Letter Gothic typeface since I was in high school, and that’s why I decided to make a Slab version of Josefin Sans.
